Cancelation Policy

Maybe you just need the peace of mind before registering, or perhaps you need to cancel right now. Here’s how to find the cancelation policy for your registration:

After you register, before 1-week from the activity starting

When you cancel a registration up to 168 hours (7 days) from the start of the activity, you will receive a full refund for any payments you have made for that registration. This window helps Providers have time to prepare accordingly, and it gives Village time to try and find a different Family that might love to attend.


The activity Provider reserves the right to cancel a registration before the scheduled activity start time. They may choose to refund any prior payments and/or cancel remaining installments at their discretion.

After you register, less than 1-week from the activity starting

If you wish to cancel a registration less than 168 hours (7 days) from the start of the activity, but before the activity has started, pease contact the activity Provider. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any payment you have made. If you paid in installments, you may also be eligible to have any remaining installments canceled. The activity Provider has the discretion to issue a refund for any previous payments and/or cancel any remaining installments but is not obligated to do so.

After the activity has started

Once an activity has begun, no refunds will be issued for any payment(s) made previously for that registration. If you paid in installments and wish to not be charged remaining installments, please contact the activity Provider. The activity Provider has the discretion to cancel remaining installments but is not obligated to do so.
